A amazing mountain escape

Sipping coffee on the balcony as dawn broke. The mountain views were astonishing. The friendly staff made check-in smooth, and breakfast was a good spread of local treats.

Everything was GREAT, charming staff, particularly good views of the mountains. The location of this hotel was marvellous. Also, the property was near the train station. The continental breakfast was a big plus.

Both a hit and a miss

Located near the train station with amazing mountain views, it was a great base for hiking. Plus, the family-owned atmosphere provided personalized attention and a delicious 5-course dinner that was worth it.

Unfortunately, the room felt cramped and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator. The breakfast options were limited.

Large room, real good stay!

The rooms with a balcony as well as coffee supplies. Amazing and incredible location, calm area.

The room was exceptional and exceptionally nice, included with a beautiful view and chairs to eat, for instance. Exceptionally nice breakfast and the staff was lovely. The location was marvellous, about 5-minute walk into town.

The cozy atmosphere and amazing views of the Swiss Alps. The well-designed common areas were accessible, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The view from our Standard Twin Room was lovely-waking up each morning to the sight of the mountains was a dream come true. The staff was friendly, offering us great tips on local attractions. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh pastries and ample choices.

The shower area was a bit small.

The exquisite five-course dinner was the best meal we had in Switzerland, and the staff eagerly helped locate local shops for souvenirs.

Highly Recommend for Couples on an Adventure

I can't emphasize enough how very nice the meals were here. We did a 5-course dinner that totally blew us away, a real culinary experience, unlike anything we had in town.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still felt worth every penny.

After staying for a week, I can't stop raving about the amazing views from the balcony and the very nice five-course dinner that blew us away! Plus, the hearty breakfast each morning filled with local cheeses really made my mornings special. Absolutely would choose this place again!

Absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere here! The garden was perfect, and the board games kept the kids entertained. Plus, the balcony view was nothing short of amazing!

This place was just a well-suited match for a weekend rest in Grindelwald with good value. The room had a balcony with a nice view, made our stay more enjoyable. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the train station nearby.

The view from our balcony was really good, with a amazing perspective of the mountains. The room was so great in cleanliness and size, providing ample storage space. The owners were attentive, quickly resolving a minor issue with the laundry facilities.

The steep slope to the hotel was a bit of a challenge with luggage.
